Açai Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Açai berry powder OR 1 packet of frozen Açai puree
- 1 cup of frozen berries (any combination of your choice: blackberries/blueberries/strawberries/raspberries)
- 1 large frozen banana - sliced
- 1 cup water OR unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon nut butter (optional)
For toppings:
- Mixture of fresh berries (any of your choice)
- Fruit granola
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Chia seeds OR hemp hearts
Step 1
Blend together the Açai berry powder, frozen berries, banana, nut butter and water/unsweetened non-dairy milk. Add more water if needed.
Step 2
Place in a breakfast bowl and add toppings of your choice (some options suggested above)
Step 3
Serve in 1 or 2 bowls, as a breakfast meal. Enjoy!
