Everyday Phenomenal is a sustainable casual luxe brand for dynamic, busy women of today who believe in carefully curating their consumption choices and living a positive and conscious lifestyle.

Who is EP for?

EP is for the everyday women who are juggling various aspects of their busy lives but want to feel great and look good too. Style and comfort is of paramount importance to them and they deeply care about how the clothes are created, and its effect on both people and the planet.

They love EP’s sustainable wardrobe essentials, made with eco-friendly certified fabric, by talented seamstresses in Britain. As feeling good is important they love the ethos of the brand. EP is the first clothing brand that goes beyond aesthetics to deliver an actual feeling to the wearer. EP’s collection is linked to a simple mindfulness QR code that takes you to our mindfulness hub - The Circle Of Feeling Good.

As a women centric sustainable brand, all the photos on our website are of real women who embody the values of the brand. Our photos are not edited or Photoshopped.

Where are your clothes made?

Our collection is made with love and care in Britain, with the most comfortable organic & eco certified fabric.

How do I care for my EP item?

Our materials are made from soft yet durable materials that work hard and play hard and care for you softly. Please see the care label that comes with your clothing.

How can I tell what size I am?

The sizes of our collection are listed on each product page under the Sizing tab.

If I'm unable to place an order, what should I do?

If something didn't go quite right, please contact our friendly Customer Service team via email on info@everyday-phenomenal.com and we’ll get it sorted right away

Yes! And we highly encourage you to do so.

ORDER and PRE-ORDER FAQ

What does pre-order mean?

You can get early access to EP’s next chapter most wanted pieces before they're released to the public.

Do you offer a pre-order?

We offer pre-order for select products only. If an item is available for pre-order, it will be noted on the product page and will be available when you go to add the item to your shopping cart.

Can you send my in-stock items early?

Yes, just sign up for the mailing list on our website and we’ll let you know as soon as they become available.

When will my pre-order items ship?

Expected shipping times will be noted on the product page of the pre-order item. Once we are able to fulfil your entire order, we will pack + ship your order within 2-3 days.

Is the return policy the same for orders containing pre-ordered items?

You will be eligible for our normal return policy, but we have updated the window so that you have 30 days from the date your order ships to request a return. See our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Can I Cancel Or Change An Order?

Once you click that "order" button the gears are set in motion to get your package out our door and to yours as quickly as possible. This means that unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. However, we are happy to help you with any returns or exchanges for your order.

Is My Credit Information Stored Safely?

Payment can be made securely online by PayPal or Stripe for all major Credit Cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payment.

PayPal or Stripe enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using credit cards or through your bank account.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and conversion rates to your local currency are handled by the payment processor.

What size am I?

Our sizes are generally true-to-size. Check out our sizing chart (which shows the recommended body measurements).

Which countries does EP ship to?

During our pre-launch we ship only to the UK. From the 1st of April, we will ship world-wide.

Where Is My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number on the email sent to you.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at EP without creating an account.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

Employee Safety

Safety is our highest priority. We have instituted the following protocols to ensure the highest level of safety for our employees:

  • Social distancing requirements meet or exceed the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
  • Face masks are required for all on-site employees.
  • Regular hand washing is encouraged - Sanitiser or hand washing stations are available to all employees.
  • Warehouse employees participate in a COVID-19 screening test every other week.
  • Employees are told not to come to work if they are sick and they are paid to be out of work while isolating or in quarantine.
  • Use of shared equipment is limited.
  • Daily safety briefings and health checks are conducted during pre-shift meetings.

Employee start times are staggered to avoid crowding.
Surfaces are cleaned daily using products approved by the EPA.
