Turkey and Veggie Wraps: The Lunch Box Staple

A fun and tasty alternative to the classic sandwich, these wraps are packed with lean protein and fresh veggies and the best part? You can not only have a delicious lunch but your kids can too - they're the perfect lunch box staple! 

                            

Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat tortillas
  • Sliced turkey breast
  • Shredded carrots
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Baby spinach leaves
  • Hummus

Instructions:

  1. Lay the tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of hummus over it.
  2. Add slices of turkey, shredded carrots, cucumber, and baby spinach.
  3. Roll up the tortilla tightly, cut it in half, and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  4. Pack with a side of fruit for a complete meal.
